Duxton Pubs has launched a brand-new loyalty app designed to give something back to customers simply for doing what they already love – heading to the pub.
Our Shout is the latest initiative from the South Australian hospitality group, giving diners access to exclusive member pricing, complimentary rewards and digital stamp cards, all from their phone.
The app is currently being road-tested at the Alma Tavern in Norwood before being rolled out across Duxton Pubs’ portfolio of 20 hospitality venues.
Duxton Pubs CEO Mark Condi says Our Shout has been developed to make every visit more rewarding, while giving customers an easier way to stay connected with their favourite venues.
“Our pubs are built around the people who come through the doors every week, so we wanted to create something that genuinely rewards that loyalty,” Mr Condi says.
“Our Shout is about adding a little more value to something people are already doing, whether that’s catching up with friends over a meal, stopping in for a drink or heading out with the family.
“If you’re already coming to the pub, we want to be able to say thanks and give you something back.”
Members will have access to exclusive pricing on their pub meals, along with venue specific rewards such as complimentary garlic bread or a free pint.
The app also introduces a digital stamp card, allowing members to purchase any nine eligible beers, wines or spirits and receive their 10th drink free.
“The idea is to keep it simple,” Mr Condi says.
“There are no complicated points systems to work out. You visit, you enjoy yourself and the rewards keep coming. It’s our shout.”
As the platform evolves, Our Shout will also become a central hub for Duxton Pubs customers, allowing users to browse and discover 20 venues across South Australia, keep up with venue news and offers, reserve a table and eventually order directly from their table through the app.
Our Shout is free to join and is currently available to customers at the Alma Tavern in Norwood, with a broader Duxton Pubs rollout to follow.
