Group Operations Manager
Simon Roach
Simon joined the Duxton Pubs Group in May of 2023 as the Northern Area Operations Manager. In August of 2025, he was appointed to the role of Group Operations Manager. Simon provides support to our Area Managers, directly oversees several of our venues and works to uphold an exceptional customer experience across the entire Duxton portfolio. Prior to joining Duxton Pubs Group, Simon spent 22 years in venue management and operations support roles with the ALH Group of hotels.
