Pablo Theodoros
A love for wine led Pablo to working in fine wine retail, starting as delivery driver and ultimately General Manager of the prestigious East End Cellars in Adelaide CBD.
His roles as the owner and publican of the Stanley Bridge Tavern in 2016 and co-owner of Mother Vine Wine Bar in Adelaide afforded Pablo a global perspective on wines, with a focus on the Adelaide Hills. Pablo held the role of General Manager of Beverage at the Duxton Pubs Group before his appointment to Area Operations Manager – Metropolitan. He oversees several of our renowned venues in the metropolitan area, providing support in their day-to-day operations, guest experience and overall performance.
