Area Operations Manager, South East

Lauren joined the Duxton Pubs Group in 2020 as a Venue Manager at the Woolshed Inn in Bordertown. She has worked as a chef, and has over 15 years of experience in hospitality business ownership and brings a wealth of knowledge in her biggest passion: people! She was appointed to the role of Area Operations Manager – South East and now supports several of our venues across the region in their operations, guest experience and overall performance.
