Brendan Boothroyd

Brendan joined the Duxton Pubs Group in its early inception in December 2020 as our Group Executive Chef, providing kitchens and head chefs with support in menu development, purchasing, training and recruitment of talent. In 2025, Brendan was awarded Chef of the Year at the AHA|SA Awards in recognition of his dedication to sustainability, inclusivity and innovation. Prior to joining the group, Brendan was the Executive Chef at the Stirling Hotel, Belair Hotel and has vast experience in venues across Australia and Europe.
