Brendan Boothroyd

Brendan joined the Duxton Hospitality Group group in its early inception in December 2020 as an Executive Chef, providing kitchens and chefs with support in menu development, purchasing, training and recruitment of talent. Prior to joining the group, Brendan was the executive chef at the Stirling Hotel, Belair Hotel and has vast experience in venues across Australia and Europe.
