$25,000 cash giveaway – Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The Promoter is Duxton Pubs Limited (ABN 70 644 781 162) of Level 1, 90 Carrington Street, Adelaide SA 5000 (“Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12.01am on 28th August 2026 and closes at 11.59pm on 21st October 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who satisfy the entry requirements contained in these Terms and Conditions.
Employees of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To receive one (1) entry into the promotion, entrants must:
- Make a valid online reservation through the SevenRooms reservation system via the participating venue website or official booking link during the Promotion Period
- Make a valid phone reservation into the SevenRooms reservation system during the Promotion Period
- Ensure the booking contains a valid full name, email address and mobile phone number
- Attend the booking and dine at the participating venue to automatically be entered into the draw.
Each attended reservation receives one (1) entry.
Multiple entries are permitted. Each separate qualifying booking attended during the Promotion Period constitutes an additional entry.
The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, offer bonus entry opportunities during the Promotion Period. Any bonus entry offer will be advertised by the Promoter and will form part of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Booking Conditions
To qualify:
- Reservations can be made online via SevenRooms
- Reservations must be honoured.
- Entrants must genuinely dine at the venue.
Entries will be deemed invalid where they arise from:
- Cancelled bookings
- No-show bookings
- Bookings with invalid contact information or non-genuine contact details
- Fraudulent or automated bookings
- Bookings made solely to generate entries
- Any conduct the Promoter considers to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
6. Anti-Manipulation
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who manipulates or attempts to manipulate the promotion, including:
- Overlapping bookings
- Excessive bookings without genuine attendance
- Artificially splitting reservations
- Use of false identities or contact details
- Automated entry methods
- Any fraudulent activity.
The Promoter’s decision regarding the validity of entries is final.
7. Group Bookings
Private functions, venue hire bookings and contracted corporate events are excluded unless otherwise advised.
Where a group booking is made, only one (1) entry will be issued per booking, regardless of the number of guests.
8. Prize
The prize schedule is detailed in Schedule 1 of these Terms and Conditions.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless expressly stated.
Where a prize consists of a motor vehicle, holiday or other non-cash prize, additional supplier conditions may apply.
9. Winner Selection
All prize draws will be conducted by random electronic draw.
Where required by legislation, draws will be conducted in the presence of an independent scrutineer.
Draw details are contained in Schedule 1.
10. Winner Notification
The winner will be:
- Notified in writing, within seven (7) days of the draw date via email associated with their valid booking, and
- Announced via Duxton Pubs website and/or social media channels
- The last name, initial of the first name and postcode of the winner will be published at www.duxtonpubs.com/competition within 30 days of the draw date for a period of 30 days, and/or until the prize is collected, or until redrawn within 2 business days of the draw.
11. Prize Claim
Winners must claim their prize within twenty-eight (28) days of notification unless otherwise stated.
Winners must provide suitable proof of identity before any prize is awarded.
Failure to claim the prize within the claim period may result in a redraw.
12. Redraw
If the winner does not claim their prize within the twenty-eight days then the second prize winner, allocated as the reserve winner (2), as allocated in the official random draw, will be notified.
The redraw winner will be notified in the same manner as the original winner.
13. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be delivered or made available for collection as advised by the Promoter.
Where the prize is cash, payment will be made by electronic funds transfer to an Australian bank account nominated by the winner.
Where the prize is a physical prize, collection arrangements will be advised following winner verification.
14. Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, suburb, image and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
15. Responsible Service
This promotion is not intended to encourage excessive consumption of alcohol.
Participating venues will conduct the promotion in accordance with all Responsible Service of Alcohol obligations.
16. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
- Lost, late or misdirected entries
- Technical failures
- System outages
- Incorrect entrant information
- Any loss arising from participation in the promotion except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence.
17. Privacy
Personal information collected during the promotion will be used to administer the promotion, verify winners and award prizes.
Where entrants have consented to receive marketing communications, personal information may also be used for future promotional communications.
Information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Duxton Pubs Privacy Policy.
18. Compliance
This promotion is conducted in accordance with all applicable Australian trade promotion laws.
Where required, the promotion will operate under a South Australian Major Trade Promotion Lottery Licence.

19. Cancellation
If the promotion cannot proceed due to events beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including technical failure, fraud, unauthorised intervention or any other unforeseen circumstance, the Promoter may cancel, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to regulatory approval where required.
20. General
The Promoter reserves the right to:
- Verify entrant eligibility
- Request proof of identity
- Disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions
- Amend these Terms where permitted by law.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to every aspect of the promotion is final.
