Book Online, Dine & Win a Car – Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Duxton Pubs Limited (ABN 70 644 781 162) of Level 1, 90 Carrington Street, Adelaide SA 5000 (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12.01am Friday 1st May 2026 and closes at 11.59pm Friday 26th June 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to:

  • Australian residents aged 18 years or over
  • Individuals who make a valid online booking via the SevenRooms reservation system and dine at the participating venue during the Promotion Period

Employees of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To receive an entry into the draw, an entrant must:

  1. Make an online reservation via the SevenRooms reservation system through the venue website or official booking link during the Promotion Period.
  2. Every reservation must include a full name, email and phone number to be an eligible entry
  3. Attend the booking and dine at the participating venue.
  4. Opt in to venue newsletter to receive competition updates

Each attended SevenRooms booking will receive one (1) entry into the draw.

Multiple entries are permitted.

Each separate booking attended during the Promotion Period will count as an additional entry.

The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, offer bonus entries to the promotion at specified times and dates.

5. Booking Conditions

To be eligible for entry:

  • The reservation must be made via SevenRooms.
  • The booking must be attended and honoured.
  • The booking must include a genuine dining experience at the venue.

The following bookings will not qualify for entry:

  • Cancelled bookings
  • No-show reservations
  • Bookings made solely for the purpose of entering the promotion without genuine patronage
  • Bookings made using automated or fraudulent methods

6. Anti-Manipulation Clause

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries where booking activity is deemed to manipulate or abuse the reservation system, including but not limited to:

  • Multiple bookings made by the same person for overlapping times
  • Excessive bookings made without genuine attendance
  • Artificially splitting bookings to generate additional entries
  • Bookings made using false names, email addresses or phone numbers

The Promoter’s decision regarding the validity of entries is final.

7. Group Bookings & Private Events

The following reservations are not eligible for entry:

  • Private functions or event bookings
  • Venue hire bookings
  • Corporate events or contracted functions

Where a group booking is made, only one (1) entry will be issued per booking, regardless of the number of guests.

8. Prize

There is one (1) prize to be won:

RAV4 Hybrid GX AWD 2.5L Auto CVT 5 Door Wagon

Total prize value: approximately AUD $55,000.

The prize includes the vehicle in standard manufacturer specifications only.

Unless otherwise stated, the winner is responsible for:

  • vehicle registration after initial registration period (if applicable)
  • insurance
  • fuel
  • ongoing maintenance
  • optional accessories or upgrades

The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

9. Winner Selection

The winner will be determined by random draw from all eligible entries.

Time: 2.00pm
Location: Alma Tavern, 66 Magill Road, Norwood

10. Winner Notification

The winner will be:

  • Notified in writing, via email associated with theirSevenRooms booking, and
  • announced via Duxton Pubs website and/or social media channels
  • The winners’ details, specifically last name, first initial and postcode, will be published on the Duxton Pubs website for a minimum of 30 days, and/ or until the prize is collected, or until redrawn within 2 business days of the draw.

11. Prize Claim

The winner must claim the prize within 28 days of notification.

If the prize is not claimed within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

12. Redraw

If required, a redraw will take place:

Date: Tuesday 28th July 2026

Time: 12.00pm

Location: Level 1, 90 Carrington Street, Adelaide, 5000.

The redraw winner will be notified in the same manner as the original draw.

13. Prize Claim

Prize(s) will be delivered or made available for collection as follows:

  • Collection: Prize(s) may be collected from Peter Kittle Toyota, 1459 Main North Road, Para Hills West, during the hours of 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday – Friday, within 30 days of notification, unless otherwise arranged.
  • The method of collection will be clearly communicated to the winner at the time of notification.

By entering the promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, photograph, likeness and suburb for promotional purposes without compensation.

14. Publicity

By entering the promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, photograph, likeness and suburb for promotional purposes without compensation.

15. Liquor

A participating venue will not offer this promotion as an inducement directed at encouraging patrons to consume alcohol in line with relevant state liquor authorities.

16. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for technical errors, booking system outages, or issues relating to the SevenRooms reservation platform that may impact entry.

17. Privacy

Personal information collected through SevenRooms bookings will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion and in accordance with the Duxton Pubs Privacy Policy.

18. Compliance

This promotion is conducted in accordance with South Australian trade promotion laws.

Where required, a South Australian Trade Promotion Lottery Permit will be obtained prior to the promotion commencing.

19. Cancellation Clause

If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

20. General

The Promoter reserves the right to:

  • verify the validity of entries
  • disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process
  • modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

The Promoter’s decision is final and binding.
