Jeremy Travis is a generalist People and Culture leader who combines broad HR expertise with operational management experience across FMCG and hospitality. Joining Duxton Pubs in September 2022 to lead the People & Culture function, his practical, commercially focused approach enables him to develop strategic people initiatives that strengthen workforce capability, improve employee engagement and support the achievement of operational and organisational goals.
